Gluten Free Bread Mix

With our gluten-free bread mix, you need a few simple ingredients to have fresh bread anytime. It makes a delicious bread bursting with whole grains and seeds. You can make it by hand, using a handheld mixer, or in a bread machine. This bread is a good source of protein, iron, dietary fibre and antioxidants.

You can use this basic recipe to get a plain loaf, or feel free to be creative and add additional ingredients of your choice. Example: cin. raisin, cheddar cheese, olive or sundried tomatoes.


You’ll Need:

-1 Package Panne Rizo Bread Mix
– 1/3 cup Oil of choice
– 2 Tbsp Vinegar
– 4 Large Eggs
– 1 & 1/8 cup Hot Water
Use your Bread Machine’s Gluten Free Cycle, or bake in a large pan at 375 F for approximately 60 min, until crust is golden brown.
Ingredients: brown rice flour, sorghum flour, cornstarch, tapioca starch, organic amaranth flour, ground flax seeds, sugar, xanthan gum, yeast, sea salt
