Gluten Free Pancake Mix

The easy to use gluten free pancake mix can be ready for breakfast in under five minutes with only 3 ingredients to add. 
Perfect for the busy mom that needs to make sure her kids are having a healthy, non-contaminated breakfast.
You’ll Need:
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cup milk ( or soy/rice/almond milk)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cup Panne Rizo Pancake & Waffle Mix
Method:
- Combine all liquid ingredients
- Add liquid ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until a smooth batter forms
- Use approximately 1/2 cup batter to make 1 pancake or 1 waffle(may vary based on your equipment)
Variations:
- Add flaxseeds or chia seeds for an egg free option
- Add barries ( bluebberies, cranberries etc)
